Brake Pads too small?

So I bought a set of front and rear pads for my VR4 from dsmparts.com. They came nice and fast, but the problem comes when I try to install them today. The pads are too short! Along with being too short, they appear to be too wide. Do I have the wrong pads?

My first thought is yes...or are these the way the new pads are?

yeah, just pissed I have to wait till tuesday. Plus I can't drive my car (but that my fault for waiting so long to change the pads)
