I never really new what the integras were about until now. Well I'm crusin and at a interesection (kinda big maybe 2 lanes and a median. So good enough to get a hole shot on someone. And low and behold a stock integra BASE yes base model pulls up got like 3 ppl in his car and I have 3 (including myself) also. So I'm like hey there is so much talk about this car lets see what its got. At this point my car was almost bone stock A/T 91 GSX with the 3' Thermal. K&N. and plugs and wires. So Hes got it reved to about seemed like 4k-5k ready to drop the clutch and Im Brake Torqin and ready to let off the brake at about 3k:
Now heres the funny part..
Turns green.... We both have almost identical reaction time, except everyone in my car flys back in there seat while he squels em. Now I could tell he was getting further back because the strain of his engine is getting further away and when I'm a little past the intersection I look back with about 3 car lengths ahead of him.. Im serious. So I hit the brakes to let him know its over. Not a very proud kill but just had to let you know dont race Integras, expecially the base model (140 hp, i think) Its not worth the gas and the clutch/torque converter.

there is a guy im my town that has an integra with a rollcage, a 22g (never heard of it but this is what he says) turbocharger, and all the assorted stuff.. talking like 25k in the car.. and he still couldn't beat me to the stop light out of my neighborhood.. (didnt race him anymore cause the thing was quick... could've taken me in a straight most likely) he has sponsors that pay for the numerous engines he must replace (turboing a honda ya know)

'95 GS-T free mods, K&N, 3" HKS Superdragger, ACT2600, lightened flywheel, and otherthings that escape me at the moment. T-25 handicapped though. As you can see its a work in progress. Figure if i buy it i should buy it once :)

22G? How in the hell does an integra spool a turbo that large? He might beat you in a straight line if he had all of third gear to build some boost! :o: Good Kill!

Integra wouldn't have any problem spooling that size turbo. t3/t4 garrett turbos found in lot of the hondas flow lot more than 20g turbos.

I have a friend running mid 13s up here at 108mph with a T3/T4 setup at only 7psi on his Type R.
For you flatlanders that's a tenth quicker than a ZO6 up here at 5800ft. That was also on the stock fuel system and clutch.
