Okay i was going up the cooper river bridge here in charleston when this accord v-6 (like a 1999 or so) pulls out and starts egging me on. I respond as usual and let his window have a little blow off to let him know i am forced induction (to bad for the mechaniclly handicapped) but he doesnt understand i guess. Well I dont really race anything that doesnt at least pose a threat of some kind to my ego. HOWEVER, at the next light the accord pulls next. the road is empty no cars. four lane highway. he proceeds to rev and chirp and back up and rev and chirp and hoot and holler until i cant take it anymore(i should try this technique it worked well on me) so at the green he chirps and then goes forward.. i VERY mildly engage in first and start off from about 1000rpm. now they are ****ting there pants cause they have some distance on me. well you know what happened, the turbo spooled up and it was done. at the next light this moron proceeds to tell me im a f*&^%ng cheater cause i have nitros.. i said you can inspect me if you like.. they declined of course and asked for another go. well guess what happened. they tell me there is no way they could beat me off the line and me catch up like that without nitrous. i told the guy i just wasnt launching the car and waited till in gear to stomp it.. it was funny. never seen someone so *in* to racing like that.. poor sport too.

What exactly do you mean he revved, and chirped? v6 Accords are al autos, so how did he do it? Just wondering

you can rev an auto in neutral and then shift to drive and chirp.. maybe the thing had enough power to just slightly spin by stomping it... nahh he just reved in neutral and shifted i think

Well he could have just E-Braked it. But since he's driving a Honduh I would assume the previous. After all, he probably wanted to try and roll back a few inches so that you would think he had a manual in there.
