Color

I posted this on my old color thread but no one seemed to re visit it because they figured it was done I guess. I decided that the color I posted before was not for me because my luck Id get a crazy gf that would end up keying a chamelon car eh. I found another color I like it might be factory anyone know? heres a pic.

It looks like the factory maroon color to me. I agree with you on the Kameleon paints, at $500 a quart it is too pricey for a non-show car. If you should go with a Kandy color and your car is keyed, you will need to repaint the entire car unless your painter is really experienced then he can get very close...but never exact.

Do you know what primary color you want?

I am browsing Im looking for something unique.. Not the average every day custom painted car. Ive noticed in my area alot of Green,Blue,White,Orange,Red. Im thinking about doing the Glasurit Metallic Gold. Not sure though does anyone know if that is Dupont? I heard it is. rying to get some prices

You should look in to painting your car a white base, then throw a color changing pearl in your clear. I saw it once on a Beattle and it definetly caught my attention. I wish I had a picture for you. Or for that matter a black base would allow the pearl to show more.
