I need some detailed information on how to hook up a relay to the 2 G dsm's. High Beam and low beam

I would like some detailed information specifyinf which wires were talking about ex. from tjhe vehicle or from the plug.

Please help.

I have three wires high beam red w/ blue stripe, solid red low beam, and black.
