What up guys, SJ DSMer here, dont post much, just research parts and whatnot. I usually post on another site- www.performancesport.net - which is actually owned by a local car guy who happens to be into SRT4s, there are a handful of DSMs on the site. We meet every saturday nite @7:30pm in San Jose, in the Kohls parking lot(across from oakridge) on the side that faces santa teresa. Its good times, just a bunch of car guys and gals chattin it up and having a good time. Awesome group of people-closest thing you can find to family on the net, and I'd encourage anyone who likes fast cars to cruise on by and hangout, and I'd love to get some more DSMs in our little mix of cars.

If your wondering yes these guys do go on drives often, and are usually in each others driveways wrenching on cars, something I was never really ever able to find in the DSM community.

yes, it would me much easier if either dsm talk formated their meets section like dsm tuners has its regional section, or for meets you guys posted all information on talk and tuners. this would result in much larger turn outs in my opinion. it would be easiest to just use tuners since its so well set up for meets. you dont have to use tuners for everything, just meets. think of it as your nice little calender. please, if you see any meets posted on talk, link them to tuners as well.

any other forums we should also link to? buschur forum, machv, turbocharger.com, the jelly belly man fan club?

i think it will be helpful if we had one uniform place we could all post dates for meets. kinda like dsmtimes.org except dsmmeets.bayarea.com or something like that. hmmmmm

There's a meet tomorrow [2/13] at 9pm at the Staples parking lot in Fairfield. Marq97GSX informed me. Everyone from the bay should show up if they can. You can get directions to the Staples on yahoo maps or mapquest..

Yeah, it's next to a starbucks too. (nice) Its a nicely hidden away parking lot away from the main city traffic areas. We get about 6 evos, several other cars showing up. Its right near a freeway exit too. Easy to get to.
