I have ordered numberous misc parts from them over the years. They have extremely good pricing on couplings and Tbolts, and have alot of other really nice misc parts. One time however, when I was piecing the parts to create my FMIC setup, I was shipped a regular 3" coupling instead of a 3" hump coupling like I had ordered. I called them the moment it arrived and told them of the situation. The person on the phone was very nice and asked if I was in a hurry, to which I said yes as I had planned to do the FMIC setup that weekend, and it was wednesday. Well I shit you not, the next morning, 10am there is a knock at the door, sure enough they sent the damn thing overnighted to me, CA to VA. I had made the phone call around 3pm in the afternoon, so honestly that is some of the best customer service I have had and its definately stuck with me. For them to spend that much to ship a single damn coupling to keep a customer happy impressed me quite a bit. Just posting this to anyone who might be looking for a cheap place for all their misc turbo parts, such as clamps, couplings, etc, and still have a decent customer service.
