Kristine from www.diamondstarauto.com purchased a PocketLOGGER from us, then reversed the Paypal payment. Multiple attempts at contacting them via email and phone have failed to get payment from them. Kristine blamed paypal and has told me several times they they would pay but always gives an excuse. I tried to be patient as I think Paypal was the ones to reverse the charges, not DSA themselves, but if that were true, you'd think they want to take care of it. Very poor business practices. Not something I'd expect from a fellow DSM business.

Hey Mike, these guys are complete scam artist and liars. I know cause I helped build that place. I could'nt deal with all there drug problems and fighting all the time. It got so out of hand that Denis (kristine's husband) came in drunk and high and destroyed the place. Kicking in all the doors till the ceiling fell in, breaking all the phones in half, smashing my computer and denting my $8000 snap-on box. I dont think he was trying to mess up my stuff but it was in his way so it got his wrath.

They are in the buisness of robbing peter to pay paul. They would spend the next guys deposite on the last guys car. I dont know how in the world they are still in buisness. I would give 10:1 odds that paypal is not the one to blame.

Ps. Keep up the great work. I have owned one of your loggers for about 4-5 years now and love it. Thanks.

I can vouge for this 100%. They are totally out to screw people. When i delt with the Robert (posted above) still worked there. He and I had several transactions. He helped me on my car everytime i needed it. Dennis and ect... are huge into drugs. They purchased my 92 Talon for misc parts ect... Robert payed me his half like agreed apon and DSA never payed me the rest. They told me to come and get it or it was gettin towed. This bein AFTER it was already striped. (6bolt/4Bolt worked tranny ect..) I sold it to them for CHEAP thinkin that i wouldnt get screwed. However the DSA side totally screwed me. There buisness practices are a joke.

Robert is a great guy that will bend over backwards to help you.

Damn. Shit. That is whack.

Thanks for the review. I am glad I have never dealt with these fools and I am also glad that now, I won't have to worry about losing cash to them.

Mike, Your loggers rock. I use the pocketlogger in conjunction w/ DSMLink and it is definitely a winning set-up. Keep up the good work.

I remember hearing that story a while back.

Just goes to show that not only us regular folk get screwed.
