Lots of opinions here. I'm talking about the best spring rates for serious racing, screw comfort. I am presently using 600/400 coil overs and many say its too stiff. I also have a ST rear sway bar, GABs front, AGX rear, full ES bushings, f&r strut bars, 245/45/17 Kumho v700s, high negative front camber (plates). If they are too stiff why? whats the drawbacks, will running less tire pressure up front help with this set up?
