I have a simalar problem like the (is it the trany or clutch) thread. I just got an act 2600 installed with an act flywheel, and the pedal has stock feel. Also when first started the release point is 2" off the floor. After driving awhile it hardens up and the release point is all the way out. matter afact it got so bad that the clutch started slipping it was that far out. Then there where other problems with the install. When in first gear if I tap the gas a good bit and let off there is a nasty sounding thump. I had a shop do it and now its sunday and cant get a hold of anyone. Could the clutch problem be the slave cylinder? I have fluid and me and a friend bled the damn thing 5 times and no change. The other problem is a leak. the leak appears to be coming from where the t-case meets the tranny at the bell housing. Around where the imput shaft in the t-case would be. Any help on any of this would be appriciated.

thanx

No thats not it. The pedal will have no preasure it feels stock at the begining or the drive but then it will stiffen up like its sapose to feel (act 2600) and the release point has moved.
