I just have to say off the bat THANK YOU so much to Louie for taking care of me during the whole transaction. She was really a great customer service rep and always replied to my emails within 24 hours, sometimes 3 times during the day.

I bought a DEFI boost gauge because no one else had them in stock for a good price and was reputable. They offered a dsmtuners discount (am I allowed to say that here? :o ) after I bought mine so I lost out a bit of cash, no biggie. 20% off they were giving. Anyway, I get the gauge within a week from fedex w/ tracking number and all.
Installed the gauge and it was off zero. After talking a bit and trying to find another solution to get it back centered, I decided I'd rather have another gauge.
Louie and Edwin were kind enough to send me JUST the gauge (as I had already installed the lines and didn't want to take them off) which they kindly did. For precaution she asked for my credit card number just in case I didn't return it. I asked her specifically to take the new gauge out and MAKE SURE it was on ZERO which she kindly did.
Gauge came and was centered so I installed it. All is going well with it. I'll be sending the other gauge back within the next few days.
HIGHLY recommend them. Great bunch of people over at EDO performance. Let Louie know Randy from Hawaii sent you!
