I'm also very happy with the customer service at ExtremePSI, so far I have only ordered an ACT clutch kit and a shift knob, but I plan to keep doing business with them.

I didn't have that luck. I ordered some parts from them. Never got a shipping # after 2 weeks, so Icalled, I called, I e-mailed, When I called they said they would get back to me. I finally got an email through to someone and he helped me out. I asked that my priority shipping charge be removed (2 day).
They removed all shipping charges however, and sent me the part the following week 1 day air. I was happy with them, just took a lot of patience. They said teh problem was the part was on backorder, so I don't know...Maybe they did the best they could with what they had.

I've bought a few things from extremepsi.com also.

Got my EVO III turbo, Blitz turbo timer, Greddy shift knob, some gaskets, oil supply line, Walbro fuel pump, my old (no longer have) Turbo-XS blow off valve and a few other things from them.

The service has always been great. I've only had one problem with something coming slow and that was only due to them being out of stock on an item so it wasn't even there fault.

I'd buy from these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone.

In rare form I took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised. Last Wednesday I ordered a set of valves, a BOV, a couple of miscellaneous pieces and a rear camber kit. Monday I get a shipping notification and the parts suddenly showed up today. The camber kit was backordered.

Also on Monday I placed another order for some BG II, a flywheel, ARPs, a headgasket and a wideband unit. I needed a 6-puck clutch disc that wasn't listed on the website and included that in my order notes. Today they left me a voicemail saying that they carried it and gave me the price. I was told that the camber kit from my previous order should be in by the end of the week and the wideband kit (which was also backordered) should be in in a couple days. Not bad.

Good prices, good customer service, and at the moment they offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. These are mass produced parts, however, and are difficult to screw up. I've heard second-hand that their intercooler kits are not very good. Anyone with one care to chime in on that?

aww i tried dsmparts.com for the first time, lots of bull crap is coming up, i paid for express shipping on the 20th , they called a couple days later saying the warehouse in texas shipping is down (hurricane stuff) they send they will send it back out to ship to you on tuesday ( i didnt get any money back from shipping charges that i wanted express) and they havent shippied it out either :-/and its wed.

That's one of the biggest misconceptions when ordering. The general attude I see is as fallows:

Well today is Wednesday, if I order today overnight express, it will ship today or tomarrow and be here by Friday or so... Wrong..

Read there fine print. If you order something overnight express for example but its back ordered and you gotta wait 2 years to get it, it will still ship over night express when you get it. You still get the overnight express you paid for, you just have to wait until they get around to shipping it.

If you are in a hurry to get something the best thing to do it call them, make sure its in stock, if not when will it be, if its coming from a warehouse, where is it coming from, when will it ship etc.

I just dealt with extremepsi for the second time and I have been extremely satisfied. I ordered a fmic and a set of injectors and got them right away. One of the injectors was incorrect so they sent me the correct one and I received it next day no questions asked. I just like the fact that he is reasonable unlike other people who make you send the whole set back and have to wait double the time. A+ for extreme psi!
