How hard is it to install a short shifter ??

nothing to worry about, should be a breeze, hardest part will most likly be taking out the consol to get to it all which is easy.

Not hard at all, just take your time and you should be fine. I think a short shifter was one of the first things I installed on my car. It should not take more than an hour to install. Also, you might as well get some new shifter bushings.
