Automatic to manual swap

I'm doing a manual tranny swap on my auto TSI and was wondering if a 2.0 tranny's internals were strong enough to handle the power from turbo's. I found a whole car for cheap but it's just a 2.0. And also can you just swap your turbo setup on nt 2.0's instead?

you have to change some internals to swap the turbo onto the nt and i think the tranny on a nt is not strong enough to hold the turbo.
