Bought some flanges, gaskets and a couple silicone reducers from them. When they came 1 of the reducers was the wrong size, contacted them about the mix up and they are sending the right one out. No hassles, just great sevice and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Another person jumping on the "RRE is great" bandwagon. Every time I've ordered, I've had zero problems. Most recently, I ordered a bunch of flanges/gaskets, and I told them I needed them by Friday. I got a call back 20 minutes later, saying that ground shipping wouldn't make it by then, and I told them to send Priority instead. There's been cases before when vendors would just send it out however, even though I told them I needed it by a deadline, so I was happy to see someone call back to verify everything with me.

I just orderd 1500 dollars worth of parts from them, everything was great, Many thanks to RRE for all their help with part choices and such... I'll probably be ordering another $500+ from them soon.

Lets just mark Road//Race as probably in the top two of all DSM vendors.

I didn't know about the whole frequent customer discount thing until I ordered probobly 1200 dollars worth of stuff a while back and they gave me 10% off if I recall? Either way it made me extremely happy.

They have always been the best vendor in my book. I have received discounts from them numerous times. They even gave me simple parts like a vacuum hose for FREE. (The discount equaled the pricce of the hose) I have never seen anyone complain about their service or parts.
