nasty klunk

I had a shop install a trany and flywheel and now There is a bad klunk noise on some starts and also when down reving right as I let off the gas it hits. My passengers say they feel it on there feet. Any Ideas?

You might want to jack the car up and make sure everything is secure. Sounds like something might be loose, maybe with the mounts...
