Clutch Problems?

I read thru some of the problems but they just dont fit my scenario

here it goes...

first off when i start the car in nuetral i cant shift into any gear without grinding first or reverse now when i turn off the car and i start the car in first and get down the road and shift into 2nd and thirdand fourth and fifth but when i accerlerate the rpm's jump like 1000 rpm and i only increase by about 5 mph....

my clutch is brand new along with slave and master cylinder

all done by mr transmission
centerforce clutch pressure plate throwout bearing and fidanza flywheel all put on less then 100 miles ago
