From now on, on a case-by-case basis, negative vendor reviews will be locked after the initial post. If the vendor in question is so inclined, s/he can contact me to post a rebuttal. Both parties can contact me to report on a resolution of the matter.
We'll see how this works out as things have gotten pretty nasty around here lately and it can't continue.
