Just wanted to chime in and add a positive note for SpeedFactor. Pretty decent guys, bought a downpipe for the eclipse from them a little while ago. Unfortunately I had ordered the pipe a week or two before it went on sale. Oh well, but they were pretty good guys in general. Took about about 2 weeks to receive my downpipe after I had ordered it, not bad. I usually deem it excellent service if its here in a week because it shouldn't take more than 7 days to deliver anything in the continental USA.
The shop is a few minutes away in Vienna, VA I believe. However downpipe was from Texas. I guess one of their wholesalers.
I know its been a little while since I ordered from them, but I looked in here and saw no mention of them at all so I had to say a little something.

:)

PS: Pipe was a 3" Apex'I titanium coated downpipe with cat delete.
Paid about 250ish.

just wanted to add another positive experience..

dealt with martin and the speedfactor few months ago.. purchased a PTE SCM50 with install kit.. I believe they had the lowest price for it compared to other vendors.. Martin was straight up with me and telling me that there was going to be a little wait because they did not have any in stock and PTE had to build the turbo.. no beating around the bush.. It also didn't bother me cause I wasn't in a rush since my car was down :) I receieved the turbo in a timely matter as estimated.. The install Garrett install kit was good except the water drain plug was for a different application and did not fit on my 2G 7-bolt. I notified Martin and he quickly sent out the correct one. It's been several months and thousand miles or so and the SCM50 and Install kit are still all good.

In conclusion, customer service was very good, and Martin was easy to talk to on the phone and did not sound like a lot of those intimidating sales people who force you to buy stuff. It seemed like I was talkin to one of my homies. Through email replies were quick. Prices are also very competitive. Would definitely do business with them again.

Still waiting for my car to be put up on customer cars ;)

Martin let me use the shop toilet when some Fudruckers didn't agree with me, so he is good in my book. :D
