FP does it again!!!

I sent my t25 turbo to get ported and polished and turned in an FP big28 on thursday and on TUESDAY of next week they called me and asked "Which meathod would you like to use in order to pay for it sir." (So polite) I chose credit card. She then read back all the things I had wanted to do to it... which were, by the way, all correct. And then she read the return address back to me, which was also correct. She then said, "Since you live in Corpus Christi and we live just on top of Dallas and our mail hasn't came yet, I'll mail it to you today. You should get it within 3 to 4 days. Well, my friends It came the next day at 4 o'clock. :eek: . I have never been more happy in my life with there services. And their port job looks beautiful. Forced performance is one vendor that I would let babysit my kids...If I had any.

Seriously, I got my turbo back within a week. That is some serious dedication to making customers happy.

Just thought I shouls let ya'll know about an awsome vendor.:D

im also curious of cost and how much of a difference was there power wise? fp will be getting business from me soon i do believe,i hear nothing but good things about them.

since it was a good core t25, and I had the thing ported. All together S&H cost me $735.00. I have to say going from a crappy t25 to a ported big 28 with a external dump housing is a MAJOR difference in power. And it was well worth it.

They are great people to deal with. I just order some things from them last week. The only gripe I have was it took four phone calls in a two day period to get my things ordered. I left a two message for them on the first day and heard nothing back. I called the next day and got VM again and I hanged up. I called back an hour later and finally got my parts ordered. Like I said they are great people to deal with.
