So my $500 GSX needed a tranny rebuild. I came across TRE's site at www.teamrip.com and liked the overall presentation, the services provided and the option and pricing information. I used their round trip shipping and sent them my 162K mile grease ball of a trans and got back this:

Jon called and we talked things over about the Performance Build that I wanted. I had some damage to the spider gears and center diff, so it cost me a little more, but their pricing was very fair. The turnaround time was excellent, a little less then the week they said they needed.
The trans seemed lighter, then the old one? :confused: Anyway I can't give a true road test review as my car has some other issues, but the short distance I drove with it, it drives out good. I'll come back once my sloppy shifter and ISC motor are dealt with. But as far as service, speed and initial quality. TRE gets the big thumbs up.
