[2G] 18X8.5" w/ +30 offset, will they fit?

is there anyway i can get a set of 18X8.5" wheels with an offset of +30 to fit? what about with eibach sportline springs (lower 1.6-1.7 approx)? i would put stock diameter tires on them (or as close as possible). i don't want any rubbing and i'd rather not mess with the wheel whell. spacers will be nessary, right? how much of a spacer will be needed? will they still stick out? how much? i know nothing here in case it isn't obvious. thanks,
