I placed an order last week for flywheel bolts kit from their website hoping to get it today or tuesday. I get a call this morning and was informed that the flywheel bolts are on backorder and will be shipped out this week asap. I'm amazed with the concern FP has for their customers and I value that. I'm happy with FP's service even though the item I ordered was on backorder. Its a good thing i'm in no real rush for these. THUMBS UP!

Thumbs up for the company and Amber @ its sales division! ;) Taking in account my special location and desires in terms of shipping everything has been arranged beautifully.

Hope on hearing from them today/tomorrow - item shipped and in a few days from a friend thats its received :D Then I'll just have the painstaking wait till the 13th of October to get the thing in my hands...

Hell yeah. FP rocks. I sent my good core t-25 in to be changed into a FP big28 ported and I got it back within 7 days. It might be because I just live like 6 or 7 hours away from them but I don't care thats freakin fast service.
