I have used them for a few years on my front set... zero squeal, and I have been quite happy with them.

The company has apparently changed ownership a couple times over the years. As a result their distribution and availablity haven't been the best. You can give Brake Warehouse a call to see if they have them. I have used them in the past (not lately) and they have been helpful. I'll post back if I can find their number.

OK here's their #: 800-814-0702

I just put them in my car along with stainless lines and powerslot rotors. The pads work very well and do not squeal at all. I definitely recommend them.

i've heard that it you're gonna get new rotors they need to be "kryo treated" (sp?). is that true, and is it a common thing? are power slot the best? are they cross-drilled or slotted? and is there any difference between the two types? thanks yet again,
PAUL

You don't have to cryo treat new rotors but you should heat cycle them on the car. Make a few 30-0 mph gradual stops. Then make about 5
50-0 mph stops, using med. brake force. Then park the car for 2 hrs to cool them off. This basicly heat treats them to help prevent warpage. Cryo treatment is a super freezing using special equipment. This tempers the entire metal, not just the surface to make them more wear resistant and stronger. You can treat pads as well to make them last longer and dust less. Cryo is very popular for racing as well as treating engine and tranny parts.

I agree with tranman as i have the same setup but if you're using the stock rotors, they will eat through them and sqeal even when your not braking in 10k miles or less

Yes good point about the stock rotors Cazzo. Like Sean, I use Powerslot rotors with mine.

FYI;
Axis metal matrix
Repco metal master
PBR metal master
Lucas Metal matrix
Stillen Metal max
are all the same.
I sell the PBR.
(I think I listed them all)
Some of the powerslot pads are also the same, I even think some KVR pads are the same. (no quotes on the last two though)
The PS rotors are just slotted and zink washed autospecialtis rotors (ours are)
I sell the PBR for $50 each.
I can now get the PS for cheaper than the autospecialties. (stock replacements)
I sell the 11" PS rotors for $85, the 10" are cheaper.
Just remind me that you are from this forum.
