I read that the other day.

I personally thought Andrew should have taken it up with Marco instead of bringing out into the open like that without talking first.

I do think that Marco over-reacted though.

Personally I also wouldn't be dragging this over on another forum either as you're intentionally hurting a business over one problem.

Please don't try to sugar coat this situation. If you bothered to read the entire thread you'd see that he's insulted all of Club Dsm Canada. Yes, it's personal now. What's next the U.S. boards? How many other people will this vendor have to rip off AND insult before the word gets out?

I've read the ENTIRE thread and I know he insulted everybody on the forum. He said we were all mechanically inept, oh well.

I don't take it personal though, and I don't think it was really meant that way. The guy probably has a temper and sounds like he's horrible with his customer relations skills. That doesn't mean he does bad work, or skimps out on work like in Andrew's case. It might have all been overlooked and nothing more.

I work in service and I know we have our bad days and our good days. I'm sure over the 15 years the store (a computer store) has been open we've pissed a few people off. That is a given and the price of doing business. I would however be really upset if one bad case represented ALL our work. We work our asses off, work extra hours and do after hours work at no charge to the customer. This all for who, the customer. To say that the few times something was late, forgotten or overlooked is how we run everyday business would simply be wrong.

Just think of that last paragraph. And I still think he should have brought the car back to magnus, as I would expect a customer to bring a PC back to us.
