I have never had a problem with my manual boost controller from Joe P MBC (www.joepmbc.com). Top notch quality and zero issues. Well anyways when I was putting on my fmic, I left my heat shield off by mistake and the zip tie holding down my mbc wasn't attached so the top screw melted from the heat.
I emailed Joe in the am and got a response back within hours. He then proceeded to correspond in emails and told me that he would send a new screw free of charge. Very easy to talk to and I am pleased that I bought my boost controller from him.
Keep up the good work Joe, hope many people see this when they are considering your product.
