This place is completly worthless... I went on a parts shopping spree, and needed parts next day if not within 2 days, because my build was taking off and the parts needed to be put in car asap. Well something convient about Pro Street Online is an icon at the top of each part sais whether its in stock or not.
I needed cam gears badly, and I WANTED to go with AEM. Well I opened the page for the blue AEM adjustable cam gears. To my suprise at the top of the page there was a big sticker that said ALWAYS IN STOCK. I was like DAMN, sweet, lets put em through. So I placed the order with a 45$ shipping fee for 2 day air.
Well 4 days pass. I get pissed and call pro street. They tell me sorry, they are on back order. I said, you should really fix your website, the only reason I purchased them from you is because it said ALWAYS IN STOCK. He said sorry. Also told me theyd be in my monday (I was calling on friday). I said fine. Well wednesday rolls around and no cam gears... I call back AGAIN.
He tells me they are still on backorder and they should have them by monday.... SOUNDS FAMILIAR TO ME.. I told him I paid 45$ for 2nd day shipping, and he said well as soon as we get them, youll get them 2 days air. I said FINE, thank you.
Well long story short a 2 day order turned into 1 MONTH of lies. Pro Street Online told me everytime I called theyd be there monday. I began to get very irrated and felt like they could care less about my build. I finally purchased HKS adjustable cam gears from extremepsi.com and got them THE NEXT DAY FREE SHIPPING.
I then canceled my order with pro street online 1 month + after I created the order. To top it off, the icon that sais ALWAYS IN STOCK still remains towering off the cam gears on their website. Poor way to run a buisness. I'm extremely dissapointed with them, and the way they treated me and I will never ponder the THOUGHT of ordering another part from them again. :mad:
