I have been billed (and received a invoice) since Nov 22, but no parts and no tracking number or other response to my e-mail requests.

In keeping with the new vendor review rule which I implemented but never got around to enforcing, this thread is being moved to Vendors Reviewed and will stay there closed until the vendor is able to attempt a resolution. I know Martin reads this board every now and then.

Update from the original poster:
I had an e-mail from Martin Ruiz apologizing for the lack of info, and an e-mail from FedEx-ground informing me of a shipment that's due. I will update you again when I have received the differentials.

Another update:
The 2 quaife diffs showed up today, in good order and well packaged. They'll go into the gearbox during the weekend.
As far as I'm concerned, the issue is closed with a happy ending.
