I just placed an order(for timing belt, balance shaft belt, a tensioner, and a few exhaust gaskets). Didn't notice any shipping charges/fees. Are they included with the price of the items?

Harv

PS I've heard nothing but great things about your company and will definatly look to you for all my OE needs.

On the "Order Confirmation" screen, we have listed in bold at the top of the screen with "PLEASE NOTE!" in oversized text and in bold red.

Order Confirmation

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PLEASE NOTE! Shipping will be charged once your order is weighed, in order to have a realistic shipping charge created for you. We could (like other places) just put the most expensive shipping figure for a certain weight in the totals, but we'd rather charge you what it costs to get the package to YOU, not someone on the other end of the country, if you're only 100 miles away. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I just can't justify charging everyone who orders "Part X" $15 for shipping, especially if they're only 40 miles away and it costs us $8.

If you're ever uncertain on something, please feel free to give us a call and we'll try to clear everything up for you.

Thanks, and we appreciate your business!!

I live in Canada so every time I order from the USA it cost me brokage fees ... I do have a UPS account number so I want to know if you can use my account number to avoid brokage fees.
Thanks

Yes you can if have a UPS account. When you ship a package you can use "Prepaid" or "Collect" and use the buyer (purchaser) account number.
This way it will cost me 17$ for up to 1600$ of purchase value.
Never had any custom/broker fees with USPS. Can JNZ ship with USPS ?

We can and do ship with USPS. Give us a call or shoot us an email or PM if you'd like to discuss your shipping method. We can also use your UPS account if you so choose.
