Hey guys, I just bought my MBC and gauge and now I want to get my exhaust to take full advantage of my recent purchases. My car is pretty much stock, has all the free mods and now has a MBC, and turbo timer. I'm pretty sure I want to keep the 14b for a while, as the car is my daily driver. So do you guys think I can get away with 2.5" exhaust? or do I need a 3". i don't have any immediate plans for more power so what do you guys think?

it depends on what your future goals are. Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think a 2.5" is only good to about 300hp max? So if you want a substantial amount more than that, go with the 3"

2.5" exhaust will be plenty for a 14B car. If you have future plans of making upward of 350whp I would just go straight to the 3" setup.

I would go with 3". As stated above, it depends on your future mods but for the 14b you can get away with running a 2.5" but I would go with 3".

I opted for the 2.5". But was wondering thinking about going the 3 "but what about back pressure? Not to mention the rear crossmember(2g GS-T) would cause clearance issues if lowering the vehicle was planned.
