This comes with the Manifold AND O2 housing, both flanged for a Tial 38mm External Gate (must purchase seperately)

Also keep in mind that you can purchase the optional Wastegate Adapters. These are used if you are running something other than the 44mm Wastegate. With these adapters, you'll be able to convert a 44mm flange into either a 38mm, 40mm or 46mm flange.
