92 laser motor fit in 97 eclipse body?

Hi, I've found great deals on a 92 laser(turbo) but like the 2nd gen eclipse bodies. I was wondering if it is possible to put the laser motor in the eclipse body????
Is it hard?
Do u know if anything needs to be modified or changed?

Also would u happen to know if the 92 laser motors are a good platform for a trubo upgrade?

Please help, these deals are not going to last...and I NNNNEEEEDDD to boost!

i think that it can fit because most people put in the 1st gen engine for the more power on stock internals and how the 2nd gen (especially the 96-97) is proned to crankwalk. All you would need if the 2nd gen is not turbo, would be wiring harness, engine (of course), trans, and i think thats it.
If the 2nd gen was turbo just the engine and trans.

Forgot one VERY IMPORTANT thing, :rolleyes: the computer ( thats only in the 2nd gen is not turbo).

if your car is non turbo right now, you will not be able to swap a turbo motor in. well anything is possible with enough money, but you will spend more than enough to just go out and buy a 2g turboed dsm.
