so i just bought a 94 galant as a daily driver and i was doing a little tune up the other day when i went to change my spark plug wires a couple of them ripped apart when i tried to pull them out.
thats not the problem i just thought that was weird the problem is that there was oil all over the plug wires and i could see a bit of oil pooled around the plugs theres no oil on the valve cover so my only guess is plug seals.
can anyone help me out on this one.?

It sounds like your spark plug well gaskets went bad. Just replace your valve cover gasket and you'll be fine.

Did you replace the valve cover gasket? Do you still have an oil leak?

yea u should definatly get an intake and a bigger throttle body. unless you have some serious time on your hands and good porting skillz, screw the porting and get a bigger one. my .02
