T-fitting with my MBC?

I ordered a MBC off of ebay and it resembles a turbosmart I believe. The question I have is it came with a t-fitting and inside this t-fitting is a ball and spring. I am familiar with hooking up a boost controller, I just have never seen a fitting like this. Anyone know how to hook it up if it is needed? Thanks for the help.

How'd the directions work out? Is it working like it's suppose to?

It said there was an error on the page. I figured it out anyways. I think that t fitting was suppose to go to like a honda where the map sensor is not suppose to see pressure or something, so thanks for your help.
