Just want to share some videos I have of my car, I feel happy because we know the work that this cars some times make us to do. Finally after 3 years learning on the hard way, between bad decisions and listening the good mechanics I start to see some results. In some way is not that wow compared with many other DSM’S but is a start.

On this 3 videos the car not tuned, wrong spark gap and 91 octane, we try to set it up for street. i remember was my bad i full tank with 91 octane not 93 as always. here the gas is at 75 cent per liter jeej. can build 290hp 310 hp aprox.

Dyno 14 (http://xiec.netsolpr.com/talon/Dyno/Dyno-mayo26-14.AVI)

On this ones the car make 345HP with 116 octane, soon i discover and learn i can't boost it more than 19lb, Because the WG spring is only 6 lb. the boost controler can't bypas more than 14 lbs of air pressure. i will correct it with aprox 17-18 lbs wg spring setup to reach 30lb as goal to see if can hit 400HP.

has long historys this car, was automatic and now is manual with the rear end 3.545 radius from manual and 4 bolt. have a 4g63 from JDM galants and tranny. 6 bolt. many parts good assamble on this car, have Microtech lt-10 EMS, trim 60 turbonetics and custom manifold and some more extras. some pictures i have here TalonHomepage. (http://xiec.netsolpr.com/talon)

I hope go in this week on the line. at 19 lb i hope hit low 12 if all work right. Im not a pro, but a good learner thanks for all your advices and tips folks.

Thanks a lot,

is my driary car all my friend have new ones so i try. IMHO hehe Have heavy mods, i dont feel better than anothers dsms the car needs a good tuning, maybe the diameters of intercooler and piping is small.

is a 6/4 upper 92 awd in time i assembled on it :
JE pistons .20 total seal rings,
eagle rods,
cometic gasket (I prefer hks)
head ported only not have valve job,
stainless steel valves,
bronze guides,
crower springs retainers
and 255 cams,
no balance shafts,
fidanza sprokers,
the rest engine is stock with all of the free mods of dsms.
prothanes mounts,
custom manifold,
t3/t4 trim 60 turbonetics .48 turbine.
spearco intercooler, 3.5x20x10 4"x10 endtanks.
tial 35mm, Now with big blue 1.0 bar (Original tial brand)
hks ssqv (Original HKS Brand). bolt tight

Here is the contras i think on my car. my down pipe is 2.5 up to flexible the rest is 3". all the piping of the intercooler is 2.5 throttle and intake are stock. another think is i still have oem in tank pump but in line I have a
venom 100gph,
1000cc RC injectors,
Malpassy Fuel regulator,
stock fuel rail,
stock coil pack
magnacore wires
the best sparks i think are for this car before (the expensive evo iridium’s) are NGK B8EV.

All controlled by: Microtech LT-10, and Apex AVC-D, the rest are gauges, memory Greddy EGT.

Feels with intermitency, not smoth, not progresive expecyaly on -20hg to 0hgs so tunning is the key. i hope help me about and advice if chance. hehe i will shipt a six pack of beers to those folks that doit. hehe

I watched your video, its looks pretty hot, I give you credit for actually getting it strapped to the dyno and shooting a nice video for everyone to see. Your english is pretty good since your from Puerto Rico, hablo en espanol a bit, its more of spanglish. Well take it easy, and i'm positive you could pull more power from your setup, you have a very solid car that could definately whoop some ass.

Thanks, i try on english, i asure you i will kill of laugh any one that hear me talking, i just can said correclty "I need nos i need nos" "The big ones" and "hell yeahj" thats it heh.

well yesterday i found problem my oem fuel pump it's have intermitency, must be damage, some times work somme times not. the fuel pressure drop some times when i start the car and some times not. well is logic the oem be damage, the venom make the oem work more correct?

i plan setup the fuel sistem once for all. Not sure is good doit placing a bosh 120 GPH to replace it, or only a walbro 255 in tank.

help me about if are good, insane pross and contras for i plan to setup

WITH 120GPH BOSH
Fuel tank trap---> (an -10 fittings) 8"x2" fuel Filter----> bosh 120 gph----> (12') -8 an braided ----> venom 100 gph ----> (14") -6 an braided ----> stock fuel rail

WITH 255 WALBRO
walbro in tank,---->stock fuel line-----> 8"x2" fuel Filter----> venom 100 gph ----> (14") -6 an braided ----> stock fuel rail

You should just run a Walbro 255 or a supra pump for now...no need to complicate the setup. My buddy went 10.83@133 in a heavier than stock 2g gsx on a walbro 255 so it's more than enough for 300hp....he makes over 500 at the wheels.

Nice car and numbers!

Hi thanks, well the walbro setup sounds very well, yes beter try a walbro in tank, leaving the venom, near the fuel rail, i will save a lot. i just want to run 30lb of boost. looking 500hp

fyi....your not supposed to run anything over 490 fly horse power with a walbro...if you are going over that then you need a wet sump or some other delivery system...

the setup as i plan to make can hold up to? will be enough to 500 600 hp? if i place the walbro only and the venom should can hold 40- 65 fuel presure constant or a bit more for 35lb of boost? well tuned the 1000cc and the microtech.
