Texas area DSM's

I am looking for some of the people around the Killeen area who are interested in hooking up and doin some shows and possibly some racing. Anybody into DSM's in my area. I tend to do a lot of BBQ's and shows and race. I have a 1gen but i like to see what others are doing to there rides. So what's Up?!?!

that's pretty cool, let me know where the meet is and i may go. I may go but my car is in the process of getting my head port and polished and maybe even a turbo upgrade. I am getting ready cause i want to run in the import showdown that is going to happen in san antonio on april 14. It is a nice track and i hope to see more 1g there.

What performance shops do ya'll recommend in Texas. I need to get my car tuned and I am willing to drive where ever. I currently live in Texarkana, I am from Houston, went to Baylor in Waco, worked in DFW area so I know most of the state pretty well. I have the E-Manage Ultimate and need to have working properly, my car is running worse than stock when my upgrades.

Do they have experience with the E-Manage, are they reasonable price wise. I have been to Alamo Autosports in Arlington but they are expensive and would rather drive another three hours if worth it.

Daniel. sgpracing.com their in Houston and I saw them tuning an e-manage in a twin turbo 350z and they are building an eclipse so the do have experience with dsm. ask for Thomas over there.

Looks like Austin is out. It appears its about 4 hours away, and so is cove. Being that my days are 7am-6pm while I am here in Tyler I don't think I will be able to make it. I am also driving a hyundai sonata while I am here,ehh, oh well its only five days.

Anyone in the Austin area willing to come help out a fellow dsm'r. I've got to get this car up and running by this weekend. Installed new 550's, megan afpr...etc...car sounds like a lawnmower now and won't rev past 4k.

Hey guy's, I just moved to San Marcos. I have quite a bit of experiance with DSM's. My current car here in Texas is a 90 GSX. Its got some goodies on it for now, the stroker was sposed to be done but I never got my valves from my ex g/f. So I got the shortblock together and not the head. If you guy's need an extra hand let me know. Not saying I know everything or even alot, but I lived in Indiana/Ohio been around all those DSM'ers, and have owned plenty. I've also used most the products out there. To the 16g guy, did you just put in a SAFC by chance? That problem sounds familiar. I dont have a job yet see'ing as I just got here and constantly bored. I moved down here w/ my fiance so feel free to give me a call even to just hang out.

Cool, I will be heading down on Saterday morning with a friend that is joining the car show in his Civic sedan. It's free ride. I was going to race but I could not find anyone with a truck and trailor that wanted to pull the GSX. Its too far away to break something.
