This video is way old shcool. I kinda wonder how many other "dsm that got away" videos the police have on archive, they only show the videos that make them look like they're doing their job on tv. He would have outran them without any problems, but he kept taunting them by slowing down til' they were right on his ass then blasting away. What a moron.
