What's going on with CI Motorsports?

I ordered a few parts from them on 12/16/06 and haven't recieved them as of today (1/8/07). I have tried emailing them several times, but have recieved no response. I try calling, but the line is always busy. Does anyone know what is going on with them? Has anybody else not recieved parts from them recently? Thanks.

I just caleld them right this minute and placed an order. Try calling again.

Not cruise related; Everytime the phone rings for the shipping department, no one answers. I will keep trying though!

Still no word from them. I've tried everything (email/IM/phone). They have NEVER replied to my emails or IM's. Tomorrow I will report it as fraud to CC company. I will let you guys know the outcome.

Update: I just got a hold of CI Motorsports via AIM and they said that they didn't have any in stock, so they had to order one from somewhere else, and that it should show up at their shop with a day or so, then they will ship it to me. Unbelieveable, I will never order from them again.

Ok, I filed a claim with my credit card company today. They credited my account and will now send a collections notice to CI motorsports.
