Hi guys and gals,
I am an event coordinator at the Phoenixville YMCA. We are raising money for the Relay For Life, so I'm having a car show. I already have the permission to have the show, and I was gonna have the event at our Y, but in the spring our building is going to be reconstructed and our parking lot is unavailable. I am looking for anyone who can help me find a location to hold this event.
It needs to have a big lot to be able to stage a lot of cars, and it must be free (the Y is a non profit organization) Close to Phoenixville, PA. It will be a 5 dollar entry fee and ALL the proceeds will go to the Relay for Life American Cancer Society. I am gonna have a LOT more details on the event in a few weeks but theres no location yet. If anyone can help me please get back to me.
