1991 Galant VR-4, 121,000 miles
This is the bastard child of my fleet of vehicles. In an attempt to save some money and have a more family-oriented car at the same time, I bought this car about a year or so ago. It had a blown engine and had been sitting outside collecting leaves for a nearly year. I nursed it back to health with a new engine and rebuilt cylinder head.
It's the classic DSM: despite the new motor, it has tons of oil leaks, tons of boost leaks, grinds gears, you name it. It needs some TLC mechanically and body-wise, it's just a matter of when I get around to it. Fortunately, the wife drives it and only puts about 10 miles per week on it, so problems don't crop up near as fast as they would if high miles were put on it regularly.

Custom 2.5" O2 w/ TiAL external gate
2.5" modified Buschur exhaust w/ cat
ACT 2100 & XACT flywheel
TEL shifter
16x7 cheap-ass wheels w/ 225/50/16 cheap-ass tires
100w fog lights
ES poly bushings everywhere but the subframe (been down that road... ugh)
Welded rear trailing arms
RMDSM rear swaybar
1G steering rack, AWS deleted
Boost & oil pressure gauges
MBC
Stock head & block, no b/s
