Great Lakes IL, red talon?

well, i'm stationed up here at the naval base in great lakes IL and there is someone on base that has a red 97 or so talon with painted black 97-99 eclipse rims a FMIC and a nice sounding exhaust, and i could have sworn i saw him on here awhile back but i cant seem to find him on here.... let me know if anyone has some info about him or knows him....
