Hey does anyone know NT 1.8L integras? My buddy just but a header on his acura and his stock exhaust manifold looks an awful lot like my 1994 talons. I have hefty crack in my non-turbo's. He said he'd give it to me if it fits, but mine is .2 Litres bigger. It looks damn close...

I've never heard of any Honduh manifold fitting on a Mitsubishi engine.

No they don't fit. Some honda owners have been known to re-drill new holes in our turbo manifolds and use them on honda engines but I'm not sure what variation engine they do it for. There's a chance of his manifold fitting your car with some re-drilling but don't count on it.

this would not work, it would probably hurt performance if you did get it to bolt on to your head, in the end i see this being more hassle than whats its worth

Same thing. H23= non-vtec, H22= vtec. Head swaps are common on H23's.
