there are several up in clarksville, of that im sure. I would imagine there are a bunch around nashville as well. try heading up to the bridge on sat night. all kinds of imports from what i hear. i havent been in town when the weather was nice so i dont know any specifics.

I honestly don't see a lot of nice DSMs around here. They are either N/T and stock, N/T and riced the fuck out, or turbo and riced the fuck out.

Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough, but I like to think I have a keen eye for spotting other DSMs :dunno:

Yeah i know Chelsi. Her car was pretty mean for what it had. It got a car on a BPU+ TT supra. It was super clean tho. She sold that car last summer to her cousin in Gatlinburg.


Actually he's in Sevierville. He hasnt done anything to it since he got it and he has been saying he wants to sell it (we're good friends) all week. Other than that one, mine and a few in Pigeon Forge there just aren't many til you hit Knoxville around here.

I'm Chelsi's cousin. I havent had time to do much to the car....it ran like crap when I got it. I tuned the AFC and had it running a strong 22 psi. Then the clutch took a shit a couple of weeks ago. I've had ACT's in all my cars and have heard mostly bad things about centerforce clutches (thats what she told me was in it), so I was kind of expecting it to go out. But it's all good, as soon as the clutch goes in, its time for a monster turbo and bigger injectors :)

Well nice to meet you. When we was in gatlinburg last time i ran into a guy with a galant VR4. that said you lived near there. There was something wrong with the AFC when you got it ? Josh and chantz tuned the AFC. Maybe got reset. We will have to come up there this summer and get togeather with all the DSM people.

yeah, I know that Josh tuned it before, but by the time I got the car, he and Chelsi had broken up (I'm not sure if you knew that). She said that the car had been sitting for a while and that she had changed the battery recently so I assume that it got reset. It was running so rich that it just kept choking itself out and dying. But I got it semi-tuned by myself, I dont have a wideband so I was using the "light show" guage haha. But when I start working on it, Im going to take it somewhere and have it done right.

Yeah i knew that josh and them broke up. That was a lil after she got the car tuned and such. Yeah she didnt drive it much when they broke up. Figured the bat would die and would reset the AFC. I will have to meet up with you this summer after my setup is done and my trans is built. Does the T still have the rims on it or did she keep those?

What color GVR4? If it was a black 91 with just intake/exhaust its got a blown bottom end now but it should be back soon enough.

LOL thats funny....do you know exacly what kind of turbo it is? I couldn't tell just by looking at it, and all she could tell me is it was a T28. I havent messed with the car much since I got it, its in the shop right now, like I said before, the clutch is getting replaced and Im having a short shifter put in (stock dsm shifters make me feel like Im driving a dump truck!) But anyway, I was thinking of upgrading the turbo, but Im not sure what to go with. I dont want to overdo it and crank walk the motor. Im new to the dsm scene Ive had 3 turbo'd hondas and always wanted a dsm. So whe she decided to sell it, I bought it the next day.

Yeah he's a cool dude. I just got my car back and now I have it up for sale so I can get a turbo. There are some eclipses up here in clarksville. I havn't seen alot of riced out ones but there are some of them.
