Anyone have a 1989 Plymouth Laser turbo FWD ECU I can borrow?

Is there anyone who can kindly lend me a 1989 Plymouth Laser turbo FWD ECU so I can plug it in a see if it was my ECU that failed? the car suddenly died while idleing. I have both spark and fuel but the car just cranks and doesnt start. I would really apperciate it.
