View Full Version : Extreme Turbo Systems - 4" Custom 1G/2G Intercooler BLOWOUT - Only One!

We built this custom 4" thick intercooler with ETS cast endtanks for a local turbo EG Civic customer who ended up having us built with a slightly different unit. It is a very large 26x12x4" core size with 3" inlet/outlet that is similar to our 2G design and would likely fit with some manipulation. Could also fit a 1G but with our piping design going through the core support, would require all custom routed piping. Because it's a bit of an oddball we're clearing it out :D

Yeah we've even done a 5" on a 2G now :eek: I'm not sure if the owner of that kit has posted any pictures, but his cooler looked ridiculously sick :)

How much would u do alumin piping with the intercooler???
