I had the output shaft to the xsfer case pull out of the transmision when pulling it out of the car and i was informed that it was just a ball retainer that popped out. That i needed to take the end cap off and then the viscous coupling and put it back in, well i unbolted the end cap and it lifts alittle ways up but wont come off and im afraid if i just yank it off stuff will come apart that i dont know how to reassemble, do i just keep pulling to it comes off or how do i do this step by step... thanx in advance
