Rob Cameron
Royal Oak, MI

1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX

In short, I purchased the car in 1999 as a replacement for my 1992 NT Eclipse, and had I know what I had gotten myself into, I might not of. The car was a complete wreck when I got it. The interior was trashed, the car hadn’t seen wax in years, and the wheels were complete black from brake dust. Over the years it has had its fair share of setups, wheels, and replacement parts, in 2003 I choose to put the car on hold to complete my education at College for Creative Studies for automotive design. I was lucky enough to complete the current setup this past summer (August 2007) due to the hand of Tym Switzer. The rest is history.

The car made 325hp@15psi to the wheels on 93octane in September, and will be re-tuned this spring on E85 and 20psi. The overall goal of the car has always been to keep it streetable, with a little bit to back it up.

Well, Kurt's eligible to enter again this month, so I'm guessing 2nd place is spoken for. :D

We've had some *really* good 2Gs enter and make it as finalists... but there can be only one winner. It would be nice if some of those past finalists gave it another go. ;)

Hey what about your side markers? S2000 markers? Difficulty in installing them?

A dremel tool and a lot of patience is all it took. They are not S2000 markers, to be honest I dont remember where they are from. :o

Hmmm. Not bad. Do you have a basic wiring schematic for that? I'm not too sure where or how to wire them into my turn signals.

Oh and another question... Do you stock corners blink? This may be stupid, but I don't recall if mine did or not. I know they don't now, lol.

It is pretty straight forward. The corners do not blink. The side markers are wired to the center signal bulbs. There are 2 wires there. I simply soldered and connected to them there. No particular order.

The lights illuminate when i turn on my lamps, and blink accordingly with the signals. When the lights are off they only blink with the turn signals.
