Sry if its not in the correct forum. Thought Heating nis electrical
so it should be here.

My heater has started acting up here recently. Becoming summer
its not that big of a deal but still.... It snowed yesterday and I
wanted the heater I always had....

Normally It heats real good. I mean real good, gets nice and hot etc...
But recently this week the heater at times seems to shut off and starts to
blow cold air.... And I notice it happens more so when Im not in gear coasting to a stop. (Coming off and off ramp etc...)
Even when I slow down or sit it gets cold, and then when I start driving it
warms back up.

What could be causing this? Anyone ever had this problem?

The thermostat is the problem. Replace it and you will be fine.

(The thermostat is there to close or open the cooling system, so if its broken the cooling system stays open all the time.)

And thats why my heater isnt heating correctly?

sure, it is the same cooling system that cools your engine.
