1992 Eagle Talon TSi
This Talon has been my project for the last 5 years now and it is the 2nd DSM that I have owned. It’s main purpose and goal is to be a very fast and streetable car that will blow the doors off just about anything that it comes across on the roads.
I have purposely left the exterior of the car basically stock looking except for the FMIC and the 17 inch rims. Other than that, it is relatively very inconspicuous and keeps a very low profile. The real attention is all under the hood.
The motor has produced 553 WHP @ 28 PSI with E85 on an AWD Mustang Dyno. So far the quickest timeslip has been a 10.676 at a slow 125.4 MPH which is due to destroying 4th gear during that pass. The fastest trap speed to this date has been 136.0 MPH with E85.
The Talon has always been a work in progress project. I learn things week to week with this DSM, and I am always willing to share my experiences with fellow DSM’ers.
