Since my driving record is horrendous, and the Talon is registered in MN, I need some advice from the SoCal OG's:
Does anyone fear that this may turn into the same situation as the Riverside Friday night meets and get busted?
I understand that MOD is during the day, but my driving record cannot afford any problems. Maybe I'll just avoid any issues and ride the rocket in...:dunno:

They usually have a Midwest MOD at the factory in Normal, Illinois in the September timeframe.

Usually if you're not driving like a dumbass then you won't have nothing to be worried about.

This is carried on through mitsubishi and it's at Mitsubishi headquarters in cypress.

We caravan (the EVO FORUM) like 20-30 cars deep on the freeway and not once have we been hassled. So just go on out and have a good time. Nothing to be worried about.

Dam, I didn't know it was so soon, I still need to get my car painted, so this sucks. I remember last year, one of my coolant lines busted on the way back home, oh well, count me in too and my brother.

Good Stuff. I don't know where we (socalevo.net) ppl are meeting up, I know the Best Buy off Limonite but i'm not sure if we're stopping by and meeting up at SuperAutobacs like we did last year.

I'll try and find out for sure.

For some reason, I thought MOD was held in Anaheim. Turns out I'm only 11 miles away in HB! I have nearly every tool / part for a DSM in my garage, so if anyone breaks down I'm game for helping out. I say we meet somewhere in Huntington!

Well it's basically right next to anaheim. In Cypress so basically the same thing. Address is on the flier. Mapquest that shiat! lol

I'm meeting up and going straight to MOD so you can count me out for a meet up before.
